Today begins something new for me.... single parenting 3 children and to say I'm nervous about the next few weeks would be an understatement.
Its been a tough week with hubby home anyway. We've both been so tired and irritable that its not been a restful, relaxing family time. I'm quite sad about how the week went. Not helped by his work constantly ringing him - so much for R&R
I know that I've managed just fine with 2 for however long its been now but adding a third into the mix while the second is still so little makes it more scary! This is also not helped by Miss S deciding to be unsettled over the last week or so.
Thankfully today is a non-kindy day so we can sit around in PJs all day if we wish! The day did start fairly well with the big girls waking and playing in their room for a half hour or so and Miss S staying asleep for another hour so I got to spend time with the big girls.
I guess one of my biggest things is knowing that I am already so far behind with house work etc that I have no idea how I am ever going to catch up let alone stay on top of it. I'm not fussed about the house being overly clean but I need stuff like washing and dishes to stay up to speed or I'll be totally swamped!
I'm sure to report back in days to come on just how well its all falling apart! LOL
