Update

I thought I should try to put updates in here as well seeing as its going to take me years to get together all my updates on the other girls!

Stephani is 13 days old and its hard to believe she's that old but at the same time hard to believe she's ONLY that old. She is so strong and so mature for her age. She is doing things that I wouldn't believe if I wasn't seeing it for myself (and having it witnessed by mum!)

She has been lifting her head pretty much since birth. I managed to catch a photo of it the other day!

She has been smiling for about a week already and I wouldn't have believed it if mum hadn't also seen it a number of times and been so insistent!

She seems to be having a growth spurt! Wants to feed hourly at the moment and sleeps like a log in between - as long as she's being cuddled mostly! That said, she's been in her cot for over an hour now and is still asleep (hence me actually getting time here!)

In her first week Stephani didn't appear to lose any weight. At her weigh in she was about 4.2kg which was in fact a very slight gain but of course, we need to allow for clothes. I'm hoping we get to weigh her again tomorrow when we have her next check up as I'm sure she'll have put on weight with the amount she's pigging!

Gabriella and Ashleigh are both coping pretty well with all the changes. Gabriella is still having at least one BF per day and its often early in the morning so its a lovely chance to cuddle in bed and spend time together. Ashleigh is desperate to be the strong big sister and be able to help out with things but unfortunately its mostly the lifting and moving the baby part that she wants to be involved in! She's decided that she'll do that with Gabriella then seeing as she can't do it with Stephi and that results in retaliation screaming and yelling and also time on the mat in the laundry

I don't know what else to say.... Stephi really is an easy baby so far. She's had a few times of being unsettled and it appears to be from wind so I'm going to start tracking my diet to see if I can pick up what bothers her. I'm pretty sure Red Rooster is off the menu for now at least!
